Finwise provides financial advisory services including but not limited to: mutual fund advisory, insurance planning, tax planning, retirement planning, and goal-based investing. Our website also offers free financial tools including health checkups, risk assessments, SIP calculators, and fund screeners.

The information provided on this website and through our tools is for general informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute personalized financial advice, investment recommendations, or an offer to buy or sell any securities. 4. Registration & Eligibility

Finwise operates as an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor. Our services are available to Indian residents who are 18 years of age or older. By using our consultation services, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

5. Consultation & Payment Terms

• Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has been completed.
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to modify our pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website,including text, graphics, logos, tools, calculators, and software,is the property of Finwise and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Finwise shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, tools, or advisory services.
